One piece of advice that I wish I have heard from childhood is “be yourself” So, I punched the words BE UR SELF unto maroon red premium cardstock and laid it against a background of peach/pink cardstock and added red berries for accent.  Those simple words would have help my confidence especially during puberty, teenage years and young adulthood.  I just wanted to make a shadow box filled with words of encouragement and wisdom for someone who may need to hear and see those soothing words.
